Event Notices
Pricing, packages, and promotional offers are subject to change, and subject to availability. Code-based offers can be applied to the regular couples admission package only and cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions. Limited time only promotional offers, or those with a specified start or end date, cannot be applied to prior purchases (not valid retroactively). Promotions may require purchaser to meet eligibility requirements. Coupons and promo codes are not redeemable for cash or gift cards and have no cash value. Other restrictions may apply.
Military Couples Admission: Military status will be verified when you check in at the venue. Those who use code "MILITARY" to purchase their tickets at a discount must come to the retreat prepared to show their valid military ID to verify active duty, reserve, guard or veteran status (only one person's ID will need to be shown per couple; couples DO NOT need to be married to qualify). This exclusive pricing for service members is offered as a special courtesy and cannot be combined with any other offers.

Promotion Terms & Conditions
Registration and ticketing: Registration and fees for the WWLRR are due at the time of registration. Registration and ticketing is subject to availability, must be completed by any registration deadline Andrews & Associates, Inc. may set (which may change at any time). Ticketing will not be offered at the door, and purchased tickets are prohibited from being resold by any party other than Andrews & Associates, Inc.
Personal information: Participation in WWLRR, any event programs related to the Mind, Body & Heart Event Series, or any event held by Andrews & Associates, Inc. DOES NOT in any way represent a therapist relationship nor therapeutic alliance. As such, Andrews & Associates cannot be held liable for exposure of clients' personal information clients themselves voluntarily share with others before, during, or after such events. Clients accept and understand that disclosure of their own personal information – in the context of the event or otherwise – is entirely voluntary. Andrews & Associates, Inc. respects the privacy of WWLRR clients and will only publicly share information regarding activities or disclosures made by event clients if those clients have provided consent (as further described in the notices on this page).
Testimonials, reviews, and statements: Testimonials, reviews, or statements displayed or accessed on this website were voluntarily provided by previous WWLRR clients. Their statements are their own opinions, unaltered, and given to Andrews & Associates, Inc. freely and without incentive. No testimonial, review, or statement made by WWLRR clients is ever displayed or shared by Andrews & Associates, Inc. without their express permission and consent. All WWLRR clients are given the opportunity to provide feedback in the form of testimonials, reviews, statements, and/or survey responses, and it is solely at the client's discretion whether they provide this feedback for Andrews & Associates, Inc.'s internal processes or for public dissemination. Testimonials on Andrews & Associates, Inc. websites, social media accounts, or other web or print-based media are not to be taken as promise, guarantee, or representation of WWLRR client sentiments in general. Individual results may vary. Additionally, testimonials displayed do not imply that WWLRR can be used to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease and are neither clinically proven nor evaluated by the FDA.
Photo and media release: By entering an event program of Andrews & Associates, you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording MAY occur. Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name (whether it be a direct or incidental recording) in perpetuity in connection with Andrews & Associates' event initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising. By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media. You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. **If you do not agree to the foregoing, please notify Andrews & Associates in writing (via email or contact form) at least 24 hours prior to the event start time to request alternative arrangements, or do not enter the event premises.**
Compliance and liability: By entering the event premises, all guests, presenters, and collaborators agree to follow all event directives, rules or guidelines, whether written or delivered verbally. As a privately held event, Andrews & Associates, Inc. (Andrews & Associates Counseling) and/or representatives of contracted event venue(s) reserve the right to dismiss those who do not comply with event or venue rules, or cause any disruption to guests or staff. All guests, presenters, and collaborators shall indemnify, keep and save harmless Andrews & Associates, Inc., their agents, representatives, and employees from any liability caused by injury, illness, or other circumstances resulting from engaging in the Mind, Body & Heart Event Series or its programs, including the Wild, Wonderful Love Relationship Retreat (WWLRR).
Third-party services: Payments or funds exchanged between guests and the event venue(s) or lodging(s), their staff, or their service providers are assessed and collected separately from the WWLRR by the event venue(s) or lodging(s) and are excluded from the cost of WWLRR registration. Andrews & Associates, Inc. is not responsible for any accommodations, reservations, offers, fees, or terms and conditions set by the event venue(s) or lodging(s) for their own services. Overnight accommodations are optional. WWLRR registrants are not obligated to stay on-site overnight.
Solicitation and external entities: Solicitation by external businesses, religious groups, political groups, or vendors is prohibited at WWLRR.
